This page is your step-by-step guide to setting up direct mobile ordering via Craver and AI phone handling via Reachify — the two tools that will drive the most revenue and reduce reliance on third-party delivery apps.

The strategy: Drive all ordering through your own Craver app and Square links first. Keep UberEats and DoorDash as a secondary channel for discovery — they're listed on the site in subdued text so guests see them but are nudged toward direct ordering.

Configure your app branding
Upload the Bodhi lion crown logo, set your color palette (dark charcoal primary, teal accent), and configure push notification copy. Craver's team handles the App Store and Google Play submissions under your brand name.
Set up per-location menus
Each location (Bistro, Corvallis Cafe, Albany Cafe, Eugene) gets its own menu and hours within the app. Craver supports location-aware ordering so customers automatically see the right menu.
Replace Square order links on this site
Once your Craver app is live, swap the "Order Direct" buttons on this site to deep-link into the Craver app (or Craver's web ordering URL). Ask your developer to update the orderUrl values in src/components/home/LocationsSection.tsx.
Add app download badges to the site
Add App Store and Google Play download buttons to the homepage and footer so guests can install the Bodhi app. Your developer can add an "Download Our App" section between the hero and the order section.
Developer note
The Order Online section is already wired for Craver. Once your account is live, open src/components/home/OrderOnlineSection.tsx and update three things: set CRAVER_LIVE = true, paste your App Store and Google Play URLs into CRAVER_APP_STORE_URL and CRAVER_PLAY_STORE_URL, and fill in each location's craverUrl. The buttons will automatically switch from Square to Craver and the app download badges will appear.

Connect Square POS for menu accuracy
Reachify integrates with Square so the AI always has your current menu, pricing, and availability. Authorize the Square integration during setup — this ensures the AI never quotes a wrong price or unavailable item.
Configure your AI voice persona
Customize how the AI introduces itself, handles order calls, and routes inquiries. Set up SMS order links so callers get a direct link to your Craver app or Square ordering page via text.
Set up SMS marketing opt-in
Reachify can capture guest phone numbers for SMS marketing. Add an opt-in prompt to the AI call flow and consider adding a Reachify SMS sign-up widget to this website. Ask your developer to add it to the homepage.
Monitor and tune
Review call recordings and order accuracy in the Reachify dashboard weekly for the first month. Tune the AI responses for common Bodhi-specific questions (farmers market schedule, sourdough availability, catering inquiries).
Developer note
Reachify can provide an SMS opt-in embed widget. Once you have the embed code, ask your developer to add a "Text us to order" section to the homepage — it can sit between the Order Online section and the Locations section.
